Sorry that it's taken me so long to write this review, Tony and Crystal! I had Declan and Mitch brick in my kitchen window to a new size and they did brilliant work. Declan showed excellent attention to detail, matching the brick work exactly to the style of the original. Mitch also went above and beyond in his help. They were efficient, friendly, and completely cleaned up the driveway once the work was done. Tony came afterwards to check the work and get my feedback. I highly recommend Straight Up Masonry for any brick work needed.

Michael was very patient with me as I waffled back and forth about how many windows to purchase, what style, whether I should install a patio door ...... but he was always very pleasant and accommodating to my needs and schedule. Eugene and Dimitri are exceptional installers and I absolutely trust their professional expertise. Everyone was only interested in "doing it right", even though they were faced with sudden changes in the parameters of the final installation (I undertook a gut reno between order and install, which changed some of the dimensions of the window framing). They approached it with great grace and skill. I absolutely love my new windows and patio door and can't stop staring at them!

Not only was Otto's quote the best I found, the mason (Idriss? forgive me, but I'm not sure how to spell your name!) who arrived to do the job was thoroughly professional and conscious of details. I had three old, brick basement sills cut out and new concrete ones poured. Great attentions was paid to tuck pointing, and I was invited to go over the entire house before the job was 'officially' complete. The quote given was the price paid, my home is just as neat as before the work was done, and it was completed quickly. I'll hire Otto again when I need some windows bricked to new sizes.

This is the second time Alex and his team have worked on my house. I had some issues with the pot lights in the basement -- I blew out one of the lights and the entire circuit went down. I couldn't figure out what the issue was, so I called Alex. He and Adolpho not only trouble-shot things within minutes, but did the minor repairs right then and there. They gave me some options on how to make sure I didn't run into trouble again in the future. I can't recommend Alex and his team more highly. They are professional, friendly and truly seem to want to help people with their electrical problems.

My disaster of a house required me to have the basement floor ripped up and sewer/drainage replaced. While the scope began as pretty straightforward, as the project went on the crew found problem after problem. Each new issue was brought to my attention, thoroughly explained and costed out for me. The professional manner in which Yuri and the other plumbers addressed me and my home is without parallel. Not only did they plumb my house quickly and efficiently, they brought to my attention areas to "troubleshoot" for future reference. I would recommend the company without hesitation.

Alex and his crew were superb. They were professional, respectful, innovative and forward thinking. Rather than just "finish the job", they thought everything through in order to help me understand how my house can "grow" over the years. I am so completely pleased with their productivity, I'll recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
