I replaced the roof shingles on my house and was looking to replace leaky 26 years old eavestroughs and downspouts. They had exceptional reviews from other satisfied customers; 3. Personality and professionalism of Darren Perry. Actually I should probably start with the last one, because Darren was the main reason that I selected his company. Not only he returned phone call on time, but he was the only one who actually returned my phone call. He explained me what exactly this seamless system will do, how it will work and what are the benefits of doing it one way versus the other. The entire work was completed in one day. However when Darren came to accept his guys' work, he required them to do some changes so that the pipes will work better. Darren is real picky to every detail of the finished job. In a few days after the rain some of the corners were leaking. I called Darren in the morning and the same day everything was corrected. I would definitely recommend North Shore Eavestroughing as number one company for replacement of eavestroughs and downspouts.

There is a number of roofing companies that are at the top rating on Home Stars. Unfortunately top rating does not mean top service. I got three estimates on my project. Kingsway roofing was 20% less expensive than others. Considering high cost of the roofing work I decided to take my chances and go with the less expensive contractor. This guys proved to me that quality service is not necessarily the most expensive. They did all the work neatly and accurately, as much as neat and accurate could be the job of tearing off the old two layers of shingles, flashings, roof vents, old metal chimney. They installed new high definition shingles from GAF ELK with all new flashings. Peter and Valeriy worked quickly and accurately. By the time they finished, my neighbours came and asked for their business cards. That is how good was the job that they did. Definitely the Kings Way to go Kingsway Roofing.

I recently finished significant portion of the renovations and decided to perform duct cleaning. However since my basement is still under construction, I was worried about people going up and down and bringing dirt and dust from the basement to the main floors. My worries were baseless. Guys worked neatly, changing shoes every time they were going from the basement to the main floor. They did their job very accurately and responsibly. When the duct was cut to accommodate the vacuum hose, one of the dampers in the main trunk was accidentally damaged. Joe did not cover this up, but showed to me what happened and repaired the damper so that it became functional again. I was very pleased with the service and attitude of this contractor and will definitely recommend them to others.
