Ivan, the sales rep, was great during the estimation process. He came out to the house twice to make sure we understood the offer. He also came back to the house after installation to check on the work done. The installation team was very professional and took care to protect the surrounding areas and keep everything clean throughout the process. Very happy with having selected HTR, windows look great.
