In October 2022, I contracted Window Medics to repair a broken crank handle on a window. I paid a deposit of 50%. Since then, I have gotten nothing but delaying tactics. The part is always going to be delivered next week, but when next week comes, it's next week again. This has been going on for more than four months now and the company refuses to return my deposit. They also refuse to provide proof that the part has even been ordered. My only recourse now is to sue through small-claims court. Do not trust this company, They will take your money, not deliver the promised service and refuse to return your deposit.
