Had screens refitted twice and Dorothy in customer service finally has Steve come out and measure and they came back with right size and fit in about a month. Great service from Dorothy and Steve. Both were very professional and calm. Steve explained how screens work and what to do to adjust in the future. Excellent term work. Thank you Dorothy and Steve. You made this a pleasant experience
