I needed 2 windows replaced. A gentleman by the name of Loren called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He not only did a fantastic job on the windows, but also was a pleasure to speak to. I would literally pay more money for service just to get him down to Lasalle in the future. Thanks Loren!!!
