Harsh exceeded expectations! The thermostat on my Thermador range, which is 22 years old, was damaged. He was adamant that the range be fixed. The quality of modern appliances is nowhere like that of older ones. How fortunate I was to discover Harsh and Appliance Repair Crew Inc.
