I had a noise issue with 7-year old Maytag dryer in June 2022. Bayview Home Appliance Centre technician, Dean, arrived at scheduled time, diagnosed, ordered part, returned when part arrived, and installed replacement part. Along the way, Dean provided explanations and education on proper use of dryer and washer. Fast forward to January 2023. 7-year old Maytag washer spin cycle was stopping prematurely, so clothes were still wet at end of spin cycle. Again, technician, Dean, arrived at scheduled time, thoroughly diagnosed, confirmed that all is working well, and provided explanations and education, which were once again very much appreciated. My experience with Bayview Home Appliance Centre, for two separate appliance repairs, has been awesome. I highly recommend them, and particularly, technician Dean, for great, courteous, professional appliance service.
