My tenant called me on a Saturday and said they had no hot water. I called Service Experts in St. Catharines and they were able to come out and diagnose the issue within a few hours. I could fix the existing hot water heater, but it was 10 yrs old and the cost of the parts/labour needed was significant. I decided to replace the unit. Oleg, Mike and the team were great. Our furnace was 19 years old and needed another $700+ work to fix it. We decided to replace it instead. Oleg laid out the options and rebates available. We choose to replace out Carrier with another Carrier and we are pleased with the results. Even when the furnace settings needed to be changed after install Oleg and Mike responded quickly and were at my house within an hour! Great service....thanks guys.

Easy Access is very reasonable and the service is A+. One of the garage door torsion springs busted and we were unable to properly use our garage. While most repair shops I called had an answering service on the weekend, Chris personally answered our call and was able to accommodate a weekend repair. He was courteous, efficient and was able to replace the torsion spring same day and provide a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend their services to friends and family.
