Nivein in Ottawa

When I purchased I was specified about delivery date before new year we received the order missing one item without previous notice when I called them the customer service Himeni hung up on me twice just because I asked to refund the price of the missing item ! I had to go to the store which is one hour away from my home to ask for a refund , the management deals with the customer in nonprofessional way!!
