Service man when pulling out unit broke the water valve and had water spill.now I have to pay a plumber before AC can be fixed and I am a senior.very upset and disappointed.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear the buildings valve did not hold when disconnecting the unit. I can assure you this did not happen due to negligence, but rather this can happen when valves become old/ brittle. Once the valves are replaced we will gladly return to complete the job.
