Hunters Heating went above and beyond for us in a time of desperation and saved our Christmas! Our furnace broke down on the day I was returning home from the hospital after having surgery. I posted on my community Facebook group for recommendations or anyone who was available. Unfortunately due to the recent cold snap most companies were booked solid, however after receiving my message on Facebook Michelle from Hunters Heating gave us a phone call and walked my husband through a few things to try. He was able to get it temporarily running but we were still on a waitlist service call from atco, atco showed up and told us which part we needed but they didnt have it. By morning our furnace was not working again. I texted Michelle to let her know what part we needed and if they were able to help us at all! Much to my surprise they worked hard to find the part and came to install it within the next couple of hours! I could not be more grateful to this company and will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.
