Hunter's Heating was fantastic when my furnace "broke". They answered my call quickly, came the same day, assessed the problem, had a solution, and their quote for the work was almost the same as the actual cost. Very polite and explained everything. Will definitely be using them again for annual servicing, and more!

I am very happy with the products and service provided by Hunter's Heating. From the initial contact, Breck took all the time that I needed and answered all of my very detailed questions. The estimate that Breck gave me was very competitive. I had applied for a Greener Homes Grant and wanted to make sure that the heat pump would qualify for the grant. Kurtis and Huan did a great job on installation. Kyle made sure that I was kept informed on scheduling, paperwork and inspections. Hunter's Heating lives true to the tagline on their website: Honest quality work. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Right from the initial phone call to book maintenance service on furnace and tankless water heater representatives were helpful and accommodating. Appointment confirmations and advance reminders were timely. Providing me with a time slot, work assignment and individual. Matt called before he arrived, reviewed the service request, his findings and any further action required ... very courteous and informative. Will definitely recommend Hunters Heating without hesitation and this company will be my goto heating service from now on.

Great experience all around. The initial quote was a very thorough site investigation with a fast turnaround with the paperwork.

The work was completed a few weeks later. Very professional and very complete job. Minimal upset to the work area and everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Hunters Heating went above and beyond for us in a time of desperation and saved our Christmas! Our furnace broke down on the day I was returning home from the hospital after having surgery. I posted on my community Facebook group for recommendations or anyone who was available. Unfortunately due to the recent cold snap most companies were booked solid, however after receiving my message on Facebook Michelle from Hunters Heating gave us a phone call and walked my husband through a few things to try. He was able to get it temporarily running but we were still on a waitlist service call from atco, atco showed up and told us which part we needed but they didnt have it. By morning our furnace was not working again. I texted Michelle to let her know what part we needed and if they were able to help us at all! Much to my surprise they worked hard to find the part and came to install it within the next couple of hours! I could not be more grateful to this company and will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

When I originally used Hunters Heating 10 months ago they were prompt and showed up when they said they would and did a good job at a reasonable price. But what really impressed me was that 10 months after the installation when we had a small issue they demonstrated the exact promptness in coming out to fix the problem. Not only were they prompt there was no charge at all, they stood 100% behind their work. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone else.
