We are a professional moving company and always aim to provide our customers with only the highest quality moving services. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company; we would like to clarify some things first.
1) Our movers asked if you wanted to go and accompany them to the weight station and witness the whole weighing process yourself, but you refused, saying it was too far. You also refused to go to the weight station and see the weight of the loaded truck.
2) Our receivables department sent scale tickets on October 25th, and you didn't report any doubts about the weight.
3) We could have reweighted the truck if you had any doubts about the weight. However, you didn't report any issues about it.
4) If you had any issues with the invoice, why didn't you bring up the issue right after receiving it? We received your claims one month later.
5) You had more items than initially provided to our moving coordinator. The item list filled by our movers and signed by you shows 77 items.
By signing the item list, you agree that the item list is true and correct.
