My 2nd floor hallway was built way shorter as per design which failed to accommodate the railing. -Notified Richcraft earlier November -nothing has been done - notified after PDI on Dec 6 - Richcraft told that its a perfectly acceptable detail for home delivery - closing date Dec 13 Was bullied by one particular staff , he asked me to remove my post seeking advice in a Homeowner Group which he supposed not be in.
