We had spoken to several window/door companies to get quotes for replacing some of our windows. All the prices were very similar, but the difference for us was the sales rep, Gerald. He was genuine and didn't come across as "your typical used cars salesman" type of a person. The installation was done by Jeff, who was also professional and did a wonderful job.
