The largest room in our unit at the time didn't have windows that opened, so it often felt stuffy. We reviewed some competing companies to retrofit our windows with an opening window and hired Silverline after reviewing other competitors, due to a few reasons: 1. At first, we had an idea of what we wanted, but Silverline took the time to give us all the possibilities we could go with for our window installation. It was really great to have a professional go over our options so that we could go with the option that worked best for our home. 2. They were very professional - the rep that showed up to our house brought some display examples; another company we reviewed didn't show up with anything and only asked us what we wanted done without giving us any other options. 3. We felt our concerns were heard and they listened to what we needed and actively worked with us to find the best possible solution. They showed genuine care in explaining how different installations would affect the overall window, showing us what that would mean and how that would affect the overall look and finish once it was done. They charged a very reasonable price, were prompt, got the job done all in one day (we had several other units that teamed up to do the exact same retrofit in our building that had the same floor plan), and the final finish was very high quality - we love our windows! It's impossible to tell they installed something new and retrofitted our window, it looks like that's how the unit initially came. They did a fantastic job and we were so impressed! Will keep going back to Silverline Exterior Solutions for any other needs that they can complete. They did a great job, and most importantly, they took the time to hear us out and deliver to what we most wanted and needed. Would 100% recommend!
