Quick with providing a quote. Quick with the tree fertilization job. The pruning job was delayed by 3 months. Apparently there were staffing issues. I was very frustrated that I was not told anything and had to follow-up every week. Adding to my frustration was a different receptionist when I called sometimes, so I had to explain my situation each time. My tree was turning black at the wound. When the pruning portion was finally done, it was done on the wrong part of the tree. When they came back to correct the job, it was done poorly - the wound was still collecting water. I agreed to pay only half of the quote because someone did come out to work on the tree. If you use this service, be prepared to follow-up on everything.

Prompt reply with a quote. Delivered what was set out in the quote. Explained in person when a service had to be rescheduled. Closed the back gate every time! Easy to reach customer service. Just one picky thing - excess fertilizer was left all over the driveway and side walk - I would appreciate if that could be swept up next time. Otherwise, will renew contract for next year.

We had Ayrat and his team re-sod our large backyard a few weeks ago. When I first contacted Ayrat he was very prompt in getting back to me and arranging to come visit and give us a quote. I wish I hadn't wasted my time trying to get in touch with other companies that were slow or didn't reply at all. I can't say that the work itself went smoothly. They were delayed starting and a mechanical failure meant that the job took a little longer than expected, but these were no one's fault. Sometimes these things happen. The delay meant that some small patches of sod were looking a little yellow at first, but after the prescribed 2 weeks of watering twice a day it's all greening up quite nicely. The quality of work was quite high. They did a great job levelling the yard before sodding so everything looks nice and smooth. They did a particularly terrific job edging nice circles around some shrubs we have. I like doing things myself, but I would definitely have them back if I had another big job to do. Thanks guys!
