As a Realtor I am very careful of who I recommend to clients. I first used Chris for installing a condensate pump in my home and through that experience I was very comfortable recommending him to an out of town client. Chris originally installed a gas and electric furnace in my clients home before my client moved in so I was in charge of the project as well as payment. After my client moved in she requested his info so he could come back and install a humidifier. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, finishes work in a timely manner and in constant communication in regards to how the work is progressing. As well, he cleans up after the work is finished. My client and I will definitely recommend him for any HVAC needs.
