Roof was installed in 2016. Noticed leaks in Spring 2021. No one at home depot could find the warranty information in 2021. Conveniently, the roof contract was found in in 2022, after the labour warranty expired. "Also, Peak informed me that unfortunately the parts warranty is not transferable and stays with the Curtis" This means that the warranty wouldn't transfer after the sale of the house. Don't contract with home depot. It's full of people that don't care because it's such a big company.
