Called to request service on my fireplace and from the time they picked up the phone they were up front about costs The 2 service guys showed up on time and from the time they started there goal was to repair not to replace They did the repair cleaned everything to do with the fireplace and left absolutely nothing even indicating they had even been there Highly recommend them
