My experience with this company was great. Scott came to assess the job and provided a quote when promised. We booked them and they surprised us by being able to come earlier. I asked them to do a few other areas that I had forgotten about and they absolutely accommodated. The work was completed one day earlier than expected and we are so happy with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service. They were very responsive from the beginning. Within an hour a Pro was scheduled to come between 12-4pm. He arrived at 12pm. Fixed the dryer and was going within 1 hour. I couldn't ask for better service. It's been 3 weeks since the repair was completed and the dryer is still working.

Excellent service from initial contact. Movers were very kind and patient, arrived early followed instructions and we're extremely polite. I would highly recommend using this company again and will be recommending them to family and friends.

The initial service repair was $280 + tax CASH OR DEBIT ONLY. At first my fridge had no cool air, after the repair guy 'fixed' it, it froze everything! We are talking less than 24 hours from the time he left. When I finally got hold of the Head tech he told me it was a new problem and I'd have to pay again to have someone look at it and pay$320 for the mainframe to be replaced. BE WARNED - DO NOT USE THEM.

I contacted Maple Vac because of all the Vaughan Citizen rewards they have won. They did not let me down. Frank came to my house in the morning, inspected my central vac system, took the canister with him and returned at 6pm that same day. He also serviced a separate Hoover vac I had. Both were returned and in excellent working order. Frank was so honest with us and gave us several options to cater to our budget. Thank you Maple Vac for your promptness, efficiency and honesty. I highly recommend Maple Vac to anyone looking to repair a broken vac.
