We purchased a sectional couch from the Brick. A couple days after it was delivered one of the recliners had a problem. The repair guy was there within a couple hours and fixed it on the spot. Great service guys. Thanks
Always great service. Everyone is so helpful and very knowledgeable. If they don't have something you are looking for they will either bring it in or know who has it.
We went to Trail Appliances to purchase a washer and dryer. We have never had such rotten service from any company. The sales people were great, no complaints with them. Trail appliance had to deliver 3 different sets because every time they brought a set it was damaged. When they finally got a set delivered and set up 3-4 days later the washer started leaking. It took them another three weeks to replace the washer. All this time when I phoned to get help the guys in service were absolutely ignorant. Not only would I never use them again neither will anyone I know.
They always answer questions on what is needed to complete the jobs and know exactly what you need. Great staff and very helpful no matter how much or how little you know.
I had to call out CVM to repair our furnace one day. They were very prompt, efficient, and respectful. The job was done in record time and their cost was very very good.
As usual in Home Depot any time you need someone to help they are never around. I am a small woman and needed 10 boxes of tile, grout, spacers etc. it would have been nice if there was a person working in the store that could have helped me.
The men from @home were very professional and very respectful of my home and my needs. Their work was done quickly and at a cost anyone could afford. I would hire them again in a moment.
