We purchased our new fridge from Coast Wholesale Appliances and the sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to purchase new appliances from them in the future. I wasn't too impressed with their delivery staff, but that was so minor, so not a issue. They just need better people skills! Not the companies fault!
Our furnace broke down a couple of winters ago, and in the worst possible time. As soon as I called Dyand Mechanical, I received a call back from them within 20 mins after leaving their after hours voicemail a message. The receptionist was very helpful and the tech that called me back a hour after was able to help talk me through how to keep the furnace running through out the night till I could get to their shop to buy a new motor switch! We will be back to buy our A/C with them this summer!
Love Trail Appliances! We purchased our first homes appliances all from Trail and went back for our present house! The sales staff was wonderful, the prices are always great! And if we find a better price some place else they have always matched or beat prices but really don't need to since they have such good prices anyways. We bought in the past and will back for all future appliance purchases!
Great Customer Service! The service rep's on the phone were very helpful and accommodating and getting an appointment at the time that worked the best for us! The Service tech was very helpful and really went out of his way to find the problem we were having with our laundry machine drainage.
