In February I made a furniture purchase at Bad Boy. I bought into the no payments for six months plan and thought I would have until August 9 to pay it off. Then on Monday I received a bill in the mail for 15 dollars. I didn't know what that would be for so I figured I would stop in there this weekend to figure it out. But today (Friday) I received a call saying my account was in arrears. How could my account be in arrears if it was not due until August 9? I haven't even received my order yet. So I called my own store (they said they couldn't help me), the corporate office (they said "we'll call you back", and they never did).

We are sorry to hear you are having problems, our no payment plans have a $21 financing fee associated which needs to be taken care of very soon after financing is approved. This fee should have been shown to you in the financing material during the sale.
