I recently had the pleasure of hiring with Nature's Shade Tree Care for a comprehensive tree removal project, and I must say that their service was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial communication to the completion of the work, Grant, Michelle, and their team went above and beyond to provide a seamless and outstanding experience. Below are some of the main points. 1. Comprehensive Tree Removal and Stump Grinding: Nature's Shade Tree Care was tasked with the full removal of a Blue Spruce tree from our front yard. They not only executed this with precision and ensuring that there was no trace of the tree left behind. The depth of the stump grind, ranging from 12 to 15 inches, was impressively thorough. 2. All-Inclusive Service: What truly sets Nature's Shade Tree Care apart is their commitment to providing a holistic service. They handled every aspect, from obtaining the necessary permits and communicating with the city to marking the buried cable lines, to even helping us navigate the requirements for the tree replanting process. This all-inclusive approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free for us. The cost included the arborist report which is required for the project. 3. Outstanding Communication: Communication with Nature's Shade Tree Care was exceptional right from the start. It was evident that this is a family-run business, as their approach had a personal touch that made us feel valued as customers. They kept us informed at every step of the project, ensuring that we were aware of progress, requirements, and any potential delays. Their efficiency in handling permit processes with the city was impressive and greatly appreciated. 4. Efficient and Professional Work: On the day of the tree removal, the team arrived promptly and displayed remarkable efficiency throughout the process. The tree removal was completed with expertise, and the site was left spotless due to their thorough clean-up. Notably, they extended their cleanliness standards to our neighbor's property, ensuring that no debris was left behinda gesture that reflects their commitment to excellence. After searching out many companies and getting many quotes, Jia Jia Moving provided what we thought to be the best option for our move from a 2-Bedroom condo into a dethatched home, and we were not disappointed. At the time of our move, they offered free large and small boxes (picked up weeks ahead and used it for some pre-move and for all the packing / boxing needs on the day of the move) and waived rental of the wardrobe boxes (day of) which all came in super handy for the move. On the day of the move, the 3 movers showed up right on time and after a brief survey of what needs to be moved, they got to work right away. They were efficient and professional. The lead person was always upfront and told us ahead of time if there are potential issues and would help us make the proper decision, and/or will make sure we are okay with the potential risks based on the choices we made (This mostly pertained to the fact that some of our furniture were a bit large for the condo so the move was a bit difficult. They did their best on all the items and in spite of the sizing difficulties, they were able to make everything work and caused no damages. They offered assembling and disassembling services, and all non-boxed items were carefully wrapped / padded as needed. Arrival at the house location and unloading was also smooth and knowing that we had some new renos done, they were very conscience to not cause any damages to the walls / furniture. Overall, it was a very professional and timely move. The amount of time that took came just under what I had thought would take and budgeted for. There were some extra charges for stairs / elevators, but it was minimal considering how much was done. I wanted movers that tells you exactly what they thought with no sugar coating, and were blunt and straight forward and simply get the job done properly. I didn't care for any "reassurance" or "fluff" or movers that will stop and "have a nice chat" with you and that's exactly what I got from jia jia. They were friendly, but most importantly they focused and got the job done. So they were great for me. I don't plan to move again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate using them again!
