Mary in Calgary

Earlier this month, we had Doug, a journeyman carpenter with Mr. Handyman, onsite at our company's property west of Calgary to perform a number of repairs and renovations that required someone with his knowledge and skillset. We were not disappointed! Doug was very personable - he listened carefully to our concerns and goals and came up with viable suggestions that were both practical and resilient. We are so pleased with his craftsmanship and attention to detail that we're hoping to get him to come back to our property next spring to tackle more projects. We'd also like to mention the hard-working staff at Mr. Handyman's office - Janet and Nancy - who were a pleasure to deal with and made the entire process from beginning to end a positive experience. We highly recommend Mr. Handyman of West Calgary, and Doug in particular for all your carpentry needs.

We had Warren and his team at our company's property west of Calgary early this month to prune and fertilize several old growth trees on the property. Warren is highly knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify what needed to be done and provided a quote that was very fair. He and his colleague did an amazing job and were professional, efficient, and surprisingly tidy, and ensured that we were happy with the results at each stage of the project. A shout out is also due to Kayla - Triage's administrator - who made the customer experience from quote to completion a terrific experience. Great job, Triage!
