Walter Hawkins provided us with all relevant information to help us to move forward with changing our windows and doors. He was knowlegeable in the products he sells and was able to advise us and answer all our questions. Eric and Team did the actual installation. Those guys are great customer service people. They paid attention to detail and accommodated all my requests. They were professional and they took their time to explain to us about caring for the product as well as details on the mechanism and how to operate, etc. I have already recommended this company to a few of my friends who will soon need to use this service.
