stains on inside of window, new one ordered and no response of when it's coming. Winter will arrive sooner than this window. Be happy to update review once the window shows up and installed. Update: Replacement window was put installed October 22nd. Alas, it will need to be replaced has it has the same stains between the windowpanes as the first one did. We were told it means the seal is broken, so hopefully it will not be a major issue in keeping the house warm once the cold arrives. Here comes another 12-14 week wait. Also, never heard back from VWD on when we would be receiving the "first" replacement window. Won't bother asking about the second since we know it will show up before we get an update on when it's coming.
