My experience with Luai was very positive. He was very responsive to phone calls. Came on time at the time we discussed over phone. He quickly assessed the problem, took photos to show me the issue, explained things in an easy way to understand, fixed the issue, and didn't charge me given it was a small fix. This was really honest and respectable of him and I appreciate it very much. Definitely recommend working with Luai as I know I will be in the future.
