Thorough inspection, amazing report and great to work with!!
Really great experience working with Stefano on our new home purchase inspection. Stefano was patient, equipped with modern tools and thorough. His report included a comprehensive internal and external inspection, aerial shots of the roof condition, thermal checks for wet spots / leakage. The report is highly detailed, with priority assessment, definitions for difficult items and resources attached for approx fix and maintenance costs. Its safe to say Stefano has a great system. He walked us through most items he found, his experience with them and we felt really understood and clear on what needed to be done. Highly recommend
