Fairney and Sons just completed a pretty major project for us on our 85 year old East York house. Including removing our old deck, building a new stone patio, putting up new siding, fence and gate replacement and more. Bill and his team( Mike, Peter, Nash etc) were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and provided clear communication every step of the way. Well into the job, we discovered substantial rot and an old rodent infestation which led to additional work to remove rotted wood, old insulation and more. The team dealt with every new surprise with a can do attitude and came up with creative solutions where needed going above in beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough and look forward to working with Bill in the team in the future. Thanks guys!

We recently hired the English Painter to paint the entire exterior of our house. Gareth came out to give us a quote earlier in the Spring and was very clear on the work required, when it could be done and a no pressure quote was provided within a day or two. The team spent two days painting our house, front porch, stairs and railings and we couldn't be happier with the result. Their attention to detail was impressive, this was not a slap on paint job. They were done on time and on budget and the result was fantastic. We will definitely hire them next time we need painting done.

Ron came on for inspection and quote on the work and talked me through the options for our crawlsoace remediation. I received a prompt and detailed quote and a follow up all from them. Jose, Rashidi and Trevor showed up right on time and completed the entire job in one day. The foreman Jose, provided details prior to the start of the work as well as during post completion inspection. The work was done as planned and in both timeliness and job site cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solution to their dirt crawlspace.

This is the 2nd time we have had Green and Spotless clean in. Once again, they did an excellent job. Our carpets and sectional look like new again. Carlos arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. We will definitely have them back again next time.

Devon, Alec and Carlos showed up right on time and were very easy to deal with. After a quick inspection and confirmation of the work quoted on, Alec and Carlos set up their equipment while Devon provided a detailed explanation of the process and their tools and cleaning products. They worked quickly but did a very thorough job after which Devon led me on an inspection from basement to the top floor. They restored old carpets to great condition and removed pet and kids stains that I had never been able to get out. They even cleaned a couple of small area rugs in the main hall on their way out. I asked Devon about cleaning our couches and we also discussed their duct cleaning I had seen on the website. He promised to send me a quote and it arrived within hours of their departure. Fantastic service, I will have them back again for sure!

We hired Zion and his team last year to build a fence, front porch stairs and shed. We had them back in June to build us a backyard deck. Zion provided great design suggestions and a reasonable quote for the work. The team, Trevor and Nicky did fantastic work once again. Upon removing our old back porch they uncovered some structural problems and instead of just covering it up with the new deck they advised me and performed some on the spot repairs. The deck is amazing and was delivered on time on budget and beyond our expectations. In total, we have had Zion and team build us front stairs, a storage shed, a garbage BIN, back deck and fencing over the last two years. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My roof lost some shingles during recent high winds. I contacted Mr Roof Repair online and they promptly called me, clearly explaining their repair process which is a little different from the other roofing company I spoke to. Adam from Mr Roof Repair came out as scheduled and quickly repaired the shingles and advised me about the roof condition and improvements I may need down the road.The next morning I received an email with a comprehensive assessment of my roof including before and after photo's. Mr Roof Repair was professional, prompt and courteous from booking to completion of the job. I will definitely use them in future.

We found BinSolutions on Homestars after having bad luck with a previous fence installation. Zion from BinSolutions promptly replied to our inquiry and came out on a Saturday and provided us with a comprehensive estimate with multiple options. Zion provided good advice on what we could do and what we didn't need to do, it was not a pressure sale situation. We hired Zion to build us new front porch stairs, backyard fence and a storage shed all in red cedar. The work was done on time and on budget. His carpenter Trevor and his assistant Nicole did fantastic work and took great care with our existing trees and bushes to ensuring no damage to our existing landscaping. They were very approachable and engaged me to review the work as it proceeded and upon completion. We will definitely use Toronto Decks and Fences / Bin Solutions again. I would highly recommend them for their quality and professionalism.

We just moved from a downtown condo to a house on the Danforth. We had used Adrian the Mover ( now ATMS ) 15 years ago to move into our condo and hired them again to move us this time around. The team was very professional, showed up on time and moved the entire contents of our condo without a scratch! They expertly packed and protected our art works and mirrors and wrapped all of our furniture to protect against damage. We have referred Adrian and team to friends and family numerous times and all of them have been very happy with their service. Do yourself a favour and call ATMS for your next move!

Fantastic is all I can say. I found them on Homestars and spoke with Paul directly. He offered to come out the evening of our closing to view our house and consult on our security needs. Paul arrived promptly at 6pm and did a very thorough job providing us with much needed advice. I ordered High Security Locks & had it all installed the next very morning. The Locksmith John was great. Very knowledgeable & professional and he clearly explained what he was installing and ran us through the use of the new locks. Pre-Lock truly lived up to their Homestars reputation!
