They put in a ground source geo-thermal system for the heat pump two years ago for our large house, and they hadn’t done too many of those before. Prior to that they serviced the furnace regularly for us. Any time there’s a problem (and there have been many), they’re here quickly. We told them that we’re happy to show off our heat pump to anyone looking to get one. The pump is in the basement and several people have looked at it. I want to give them a 10+! VERY reliable and responsible, they're there any time you want. They're no nonsense people who don’t give you any fancy talk. They're also very hands on and know exactly what they're doing.
