As the result of a product failure I had to re-stain my fence. Rory and Ross did a great job of removing the existing stain. This process required a different chemical application ,pressure washing and hand sanding. They made sure that the flower beds and garden were protected during the entire procedure... They made sure the site was cleaned up at the end of the day,and were careful to store all materials and chemicals on site... I will definitely use CertaPro for my next painting jobs

Had an ongoing problem with a new furnace (not sold or installed by Pete the plumber)...Called Nathan, who had previously sold us a tank less water heater... He came over and looked at the installation and was able to offer some solutions.. if unable to rectify the problems I will have Pete install another furnace... Great service by the "Pete` group especially Nathan... Super customer service

I have a very mature American Elm Tree that was infested with scales.. The only way to fight this was to remove infected branches. Due to the size of the tree this could not have been accomplished from the ground... Chad an experienced climber went up in the tree and removed the obvious infected branches.. It should be noted that he is an experienced certified arborist who is also a well known climber who specializes in doing pruning by climbing... The advantage of the climbing is that he is able to get into the centre of the tree not just on the outside....The cost saving was very noticeable as compared to having a bucket truck do the work...He is very conscientious in his climbing using proven safety methods.... He does work in the Calgary and surrounding area... We certainly recommend this consummate professional .. Bill and Bev Hutchinson

Had to replace 3 sets of bedroom window covering ..2 of the windows were bay windows, which presented a unique problem of making the east facing rooms dark enough to sleep in...Ryan took a great deal of time to show different applications that would work.. This contractor is very helpful and considerate when we were looking to have roof replacement due to a bad hail storm. He took the time and effort to insure that we were aware of every aspect of this work.... His crew were excellent... I had a sagging garage pad that had to be either raised or part of it had to be replaced ... Robberto the owner was very helpful and displayed a great knowledge of repairing the problem... His crew was very professional and took great care during the concrete removal. The new partial pad was properly pinned to the wall and existing pad....Would recommend this company with out hesitation

Our aging deck needed to be replaced, Don was the only contractor to really show an interest in redesigning the replacment deck.His workmanship is to a very high standard.
