Technician (Bran) was very pleasant and efficient. It is a plus that McKinnon sends the same technician(s) regularly as it indicates they value their employees. The company is reliable and professional and it was easy to book the appointment. I would definitely recommend this company.

The shower fixture in bathroom was falling out. Jason's team came promptly to replace it. The house is old and this involved some drilling of the ceiling tile and the creative solution of rewiring the switch with the fan. Problem solved!
