I was pleasantly surprised by Andy's expertise and the amount of attention he gives to each aspect of the inspection. He identified issues in areas of the home that could easily have been missed and provided some helpful suggestions when we asked. The overall experience has been professional, thorough, and has given me confidence that the inspection was the best that I could've gotten in Toronto.
