Initially, the owner of Tri-City Fencing Kevin was very friendly when taking our deposit. As time went on, I learned that he is actually impossible to get a hold of or get an answer out of regardless of the method in which you try to contact him. We were finally able to get a hold of him using a friends phone number, which lead us to believe he was flat out ignoring us after taking our deposit and constantly pushing back the start date of our project. The way he spoke to my spouse on the phone was absolutely shocking and so unprofessional. I read other low rated reviews on this website and they are roughly the same experience as me. Please save yourself sleepless nights full of stress.

Company Response

First of all. Tri-City Fencing has done nothing wrong here. A group of 10 houses canceled a Fence Project and they asked for their $500 Deposits be returned. We stated 95% would be returned as over $45,000 in lumber was pre-ordered for this project. Tri-City Fencing is not responsible for the Cancellation of this project. The 10 houses are. They all Cancelled before the Aug 15/22 Start Date as Discussed. We have a Right to Recoup Fee's because of this Cancellation. It's funny how a 5 Star Company across the board, with Multiple Fence Awards now goes down in 1 day because people don't understand Law. We have Communicated with this group of 10 houses about this Situation with no Outcome. We as a Company now have to Protect ourselves and move Forward with Court Action/Slander Law Suit. The group of 10 Houses was offered $345.00 out of the $500 Deposit for Services Rendered by the Group and a $45,000 Lumber Order that we as a Company are now stuck with.

It's Sad to think people will try and Destroy a Canadian Business who has done nothing wrong.
