Appreciate the detailed inspection report we received from Michael when we were about to buy our new home. He is highly recommended by our real estate agent and has a lot of experience. 6 months after moving in we even reached out to him with an unrelated question regarding new window installation and he gave some good tips. Very professional, responsive and has a lot of knowledge. Would recommend.
