I used these guys to move my house belongings into a storage unit and then out to my condo 6 weeks later. The guys that showed up to move to the storage were very fast and efficient. I got a bonus guy to help move as I only paid for 2 men and got 3 because of the move before mine. They were very quick and loaded everything in less than an hour. The guys that showed up for the move to the condo were about 30 minutes late which could have been a big problem for anyone else who had an elevator booked but my times were flexible. They were also quick and although they didn't break or damage anything the single person list on some of my items were a little scary. They did team up on the items I said were super important to be careful with.

I recently rented a unit for a minimum of 3 months when my house sold fast and my new condo was not completed yet. The people on the phone were very friendly when I called and followed up with me when they said they would. They explained the monthly deal very well that allowed me to save a $100 on the price of the first full month. When I booked the unit they were very detailed in the process . So far so good. I will let you know if things change for the closing of the unit in March

Complete confusion from the time I made the first installment payment for the carpet. The quote ended up being higher than originally quoted by a bit. They explained why and it made a bit of sense. Then when the installers came there was no problems we agreed that the subfloor did not need to be replaced which saved me $200. When I was given the final total to pay the installer they were not satisfied with the amount. I showed them my final work order which showed my total was correct minus the $200. They argued that their detailed labor cost given to the store was at least $100 more. It took a call to the sales guy to work out that the store messed up somewhere and that they would deal with the discrepancy with the installers. The carpet looks great by the way

I had to have my ceiling in my bathroom repaired. Last house owners did a poor patch job in the stucco ceiling. I am getting ready to list my house and needed to have this repaired. Their quote was half the price of the other person and they did it right away. Took a couple of days because he had to wait for it to dry properly but you can't even tell there was 2 patch jobs done in it
