After sale was done, the installers and operations team were totally unprofessional. Tech person came the first of 3 times not prepared with the parts to do job. It took 5 weeks of the company not staying in contact with me to let me know how things stood. I waited around for 5 different days through the 5 weeks before finally calling them to cancel. In my opinion, they don't value the customers time.

When I had George in to show me what windows he had, I told him of the bad experience I had with an entrance way install. He assured me that wouldn't happen with his firm. In mid December the installers came to install our new window. After they left I noticed a few issues (spliced trim, uneven reveal etc.). Then while inspecting further, more things came to light that were not at all acceptable so I brought these to George's attention. At first I thought the issues would be resolved in a timely manner,but that hasn't happened as it is now mid February and after many unreturned phone calls to find out where things stand I am feeling déjà vu. I am disappointed that this company has dropped the ball so badly on this as all I expect is some professional courtesy by returning calls, after all that's part of what we pay for.
