Mike and his crew were great. They responded to my voice message within a few hours and st up a site visit for the next day. They assessed the problem quickly and told me what I needed to do before the issue could be addressed. I opened up the area to be treated and they were back for the treatment immediately. Mike didnt waste any time and took care of the issue. Immediately the ants were dying and I noticed that they were diminishing rapidly. I dont have any more carpenter ants and Im relieved.
