Vic came and provided a quote for the installation of carpet. He showed us numerous samples and helped us to make the choice. The turnaround time had to be very short due to the real estate listing of our home and Vic made this happen. The two guys that installed the carpet were very friendly and professional. They took pride in their work. We also were able to get the underpaid upgraded. We are very pleased with the outcome of the work and would recommend this company.

Rick came to our home and provided a very reasonable quote to remove carpet and install hardwood in our living room. This was the only room on our main floor that was not hardwood and it was important for us to match the existing hardwood. This was done to perfection even though the original hardwood was installed many, many years ago. The guys who did the work were very professional, quick and efficient. Their workmanship was quality. They also installed baseboards. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this company.

Please do not use this company - Stay away unless you want pain and heartache! This company was hired for two jobs - one to convert a tub to a shower in our main bathroom and the other job was to renovate a shower in our bathroom in our master bedroom. The conversion of the tub was started first and what was to take two weeks took three months. There was one issue after another - we started with a leak in the plumbing that required our living room ceiling to be redone. Next we had a tile fall on the shower base that was installed and it had to be removed and reinstalled. The first tile job was very poor so the everything needed to be removed and redone.We had six different guys come in to do the job. One of the workers spilled glue on the bathroom floor so now the whole floor needed to be replaced. The first drain was installed incorrectly so had to be removed which required another hole to be cut in the living room ceiling. The tile job was very poor especially the installation of the mosaic. We still continue to have problems with a smell in the bathroom if more than one person has a shower. Needless to say we did not go ahead with the second job that they were to do.

Very satisfied customer. Professional, arrived on time, explanation given of work to be done, walk trough before and after was completed. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again, great value for money. Carpets were very dirty before the cleaning and turned out better than expected. Thank you!

Neil and Warren provided quality service. Neil's customer service is excellent. He followed up and checked on the progress of the job frequently and was very flexible with scheduling and adding more work to the original plan. We worked together with Neil to ensure one area of the hallway was done to our satisfaction. Warren, the painter was very meticulous in his work and arrived early in the morning and worked hard for a full day to get the work done expediently. I would recommend Carter Interiors and we would use them again for future work.

this company was excellent during every step of the way. They helped me to pick the flooring - design, type and colour. They took the time that I needed and allowed me to take samples home. Once the floor was chosen they came out promptly to measure and set a date for installation. The installer was amazing. He was quick but knew exactly what he was doing and his job was perfect. The leftover piece was very large and it was left with us for use in another bathroom should we wish to use it.

Air Cool has always been there for us. We have used this company in the past for the installation of a furnace. This summer our air conditioner stopped working and the same day that we called someone was here to get it back up and running again. The serviceman was professional. The air conditioner continued to work for one month and then stopped working again. We were advised that we would need a new one. The air conditioner was ordered but we knew that we would not need it this year as the cool weather was coming so they are going to install it in the spring. We have been told that the price would not increase.

My mother home was being prepared for sale and there was a need to replace the carpet in the hallway and down the basement stair way. The linoleum kitchen floor also had to be replaced. We looked around a little to find the best price as we did not want to spend too much money. We wanted quality at a low price. We also wanted a very neutral colour. We found this store and the fellow that helped us was excellent. he knew exactly what we were looking for a pointed us in the right direction. The floor was a very heavy vinyl and for that reason installation would be very easy. We had the same company do the installation. We did an issue with the floor in the kitchen as they did not glue it down. When we talked to them they were very quick to rectify the situation and even provided us with floor cleaning products at no charge. In the end they exceeded our expectations. The job looked great.

We hunted every where to find granite at a good price as we are preparing our home for sale. We did not want to spend very much but we wanted it to look great and that is what C and H granite did for us. we were able to find exactly what we were looking for and they allowed us to hand pick the slabs. The installation went very smoothly. They arrived on time and did the job in one day. it was beautiful. we have had so many compliments from everyone who see it and we have even been able to make one referral to this company. Our friends loved our granite so much they went to the same place and replaced their granite in the kitchen. We now need to do our bathroom counters and will likely go with the same company.
