had a dead zone in the Wi-Fi coverage in our house - these guys came out quickly, recommended exactly what we needed (no unnecessary upselling). Got it installed and up and running in almost no time. When we have had to reboot it, were available quickly to step us through it over the phone.
had an AC unit added to our upstairs furnace - guys were very prompt, cleaned up well, explained use and care very carefully, primed AC unit, came back to verify everything was working okay the next spring. Very professional. They even repainted the concrete paint they scratched in our furnace room on the floor when they had to move a shelf to get to the humidifier for the furnace - took a lot of pride in their work and the care they showed our home. Got exactly what we wanted as far as noise produced, quality of unit, etc

had stripped bolts connecting toilet seat to toilet - required new seat (specialized for this toilet shape) and someone to actually come and remove - replace. Fast service, great people
home theater, whole house sound and tv integration
We used Digital Lifestyles to both setup a home theater for us in our basement as well as link all TV's and built in speakers to a single rack of hardware (cable boxes, xbox, apple TV etc) so that from anywhere in the house you can listen to music or watch TV on any TV from any of the input options. We also had them purchase the home theater chairs for us. overall - very happy with the outcome. While there have been bumps in the road (we have had to have a few pieces of HW replaced), they are very fast to respond to questions and issues, and have dealt with every item we have brought up to them post-installation. The sales staff (Scott mostly) that we worked with were very thorough in making sure we were getting what we wanted, including recommendations that helped to bring costs down or streamline in some cases, and the installation/support guys (Brian and Kris) have all been very friendly, relatively punctual or at least keep in touch when prior jobs have them running late, and are willing to come back whenever necessary to make sure that things are running smoothly. for the few frustrations we have had when things have stopped working or needed a wire replaced, and the troubleshooting they have had to do for issues that are difficult to replicate, they have been wonderful to work with, and we highly recommend if you have any plans on building in an integrated entertainment system. While these systems will cost you, having a company that really backs up their work is worth it.
the morning of my wedding, the well at my parents acreage failed, leaving no one in the house with any way to shower, clean, etc. After hours (very early on a Saturday morning) Aaron drilling came and within an hour had us up and running at a very reasonable price, giving us lots of time to prepare for the wedding --- they took a major point of stress that could have had a severe impact on my day, and made it a minor bump in the road
Amazing guys --- the quote was done quickly after it was requested. Very friendly, open and upfront about recommendations including reasons why. Open with multiple options for replacement (recommended over repair due to both amount of wind damage as well as quality of original roof and inability to match existing shingles). After arrangements were made, the crew was here within a few weeks. 1 day - about 7 guys and the whole roof was done. Great quality, cleaned up very well after themselves, and every member of the crew was polite and very friendly. They even accommodated having to stay away from part of the roof for part of the day while I did phone meetings from my home office). They were also very conscious of cleanup of asphalt garbage due to dogs using the yard and keeping messes away from where they could get into it.
did a pretty good job (stripping, repainting), but finding that the paint is peeling off after less than a year in parts. Raised deck - they did top and under, but lots of smaller, hard to reach spots were either missed or not fully covered. Good point - they were very good about keeping gates closed due to dogs and keeping materials away from the dogs. Bad point - there was a fair bit of pressure to include a hefty tip for each worker on top of cost. For the cost, we would not use them again for this kind of project.
had chain link around most of our yard but needed company who was willing to do a short run (less than 15 feet) of matching chain link plus a gate to span between house and edge of yard. These guys were quick, did a great job, and had no issues with the small scale (no one else would do such a small space)

took a few months to get an install date --- 2 rooms/stairs/hall done by 3 guys in about 6 hours. If you have trim at edges/between rooms, make sure you get them to hammer down ALL upward facing carpet nails or else you will really feel them. Friendly and courteous team.
came home from work --- no heat in Nov! Called these guys and they where at the house quicker than I expected after hours - very professional, friendly, and loved that he explained everything
