We needed our Gas control Valve replaced. ( over $ 1,000)Our luck, it failed 8 month before the expiry of the warranty. Link contacted us to make arrangement of the part replacement. Today was the Service person Kim at our place and replaced the part. He did outstanding work. What a pleasant and hard working guy. Link is very lucky to have such outstanding personal.
