Clera windows team was a pleasant to deal with. They did a great job for my house, and I did not have to comment. They are very good at what they are doing and most important, they leave the place clean after. Some glitches in the way, a patio door was missing from the order, three windows manufactured wrong, but Bobby (the sales person) had those taken care of. It took sometime, but that was Byron's his control, and the end result was very satisfactory. I do recommend Clera windows for anybody needs such work done around his/her property.

I did not have the windows installed yet. I am writing this review primarily to express my appreciation to Bobby's effort. Bobby is the sales man I got to deal with. I have to admit that Bobby was a very pleasant person, accommodating and understanding. He was never late to the appointments. And yes, there were several appointments till he got the contract. I am a bit picky person. I got four different quotations and by far Clera FM Industries exceeded all in terms of $ amount, warranty and value for a dollar. Bobby offered us honest advice, professional analysis and even elegant taste assistance. I am glad to sign with Bobby from Clera. I am looking forward for a fantastic job to be done in May. Thanks
