We purchased 5 year extended warranty in our appliances from Coast and they have been nothing short if amazing in providing service. We had two months to go on our coverage and had a repair that was needed and this last experience was just as pleasant professional and efficient as the first. Simply a great company to deal with!
Roto-Rooter was prompt and came to fix our clogged drain very quickly. They worked efficiently and were able to diagnose the location of the problem with ease. My only concern is that they were here less than half an hour and the bill was $250.00. I found this a little steep but perhaps that is the going rate for this type of service.

The turf we received was great. Lush grass, easy to install and delivered on time and as expected. Our problems began when 3 months later a healthy crop of a variety of mushrooms appeared in our lawn. This was when service went down the drain with this company. They initially said the problem was in our top soil...until we pointed out to them that the top soil came from them. After that, sepite no less than 6 calls to speak to the General Manager, we never received satisfaction or resolution. A disappointing end to what was a promising start with dealing with this company.
We have a wide variety of trees and bushes in our backyard and Davey was able to handle them all. They identified two trees with fungus that needed to be monitored and were able to prune everything perfectly. What's more they were able to do a deep root fertilization on all our trees shrubs and bushes to ensure their health. I would recommend Davey to anyone!
