We had a great experience with New Image Group and wish we'd used them for our whole house! Ivano was quick to respond to our initial request for a quote and his communication was excellent throughout the experience. I gave Ivano a very specific list of needs for blinds for our basement hopper windows and he delivered on all counts. I wanted motorized blackout blinds, but because of the space constraints they needed to be slim and mounted in a way that didn't impede the function of the windows. Ivano came to measure our windows, listened to all our requests, and within a few days had spoken to his manufacturer and provided us with two different options and price points that would accomplish our request. The timeline for installation was met, and the process to install was quick. Ivano was clean and respectful of our home, and spent time to show us how the remote and charging options worked. We are very pleased with the product and service, and only wish that we had used this company for the rest of our new home! Highly recommend.
