I needed to get me new Bosch dishwasher installed. ARNI came responded right away and I set up an appointment quickly. The tech came right on time and was able to remove my old dishwasher and setup my new one really quickly. He was really good - explained everything and made sure to keep the area clean. Highly recommended.

Woke up in the morning to a cold house. Found Aire Max on Homestars and gave them a call. He came over, found the problem (broken pressure switch) and fixed it. The house was warm by lunch time.

The temperature control valve on my hot water tank seized up and was stuck on cold. Valentin was able to come the next day and replace it. he was on time and replaced it with higher quality parts.

I had a rotting deck at the back of my house. I contacted Justin who came over and gave me a quote. His guys were very good - they came every day until the job was done. They cleaned up and did a fantastic job on the deck. Its solid and looks amazing! Highly recommended.

I contacted Gary and his team to do a small siding project for my house. I needed siding around my master bedroom dormer. Gary and his team were fantastic- they came on time, cleaned up and were always available for communication. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Serge and his team did a fantastic job at my house. The new eaves function very well. They were punctual and left my home clean. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Had my washer serviced by my extended warranty plan. However, the company refused to restack the washer and dryer after the repair. Since I had John and his crew do work in my place previously, I called on them again. As usual, they were on time and they put everything back together again perfectly. These guys are reliable, professional and they always do a fantastic job.

I had John and his crew back again to replace the flooring in my condo. His guys are quick, efficient and have a really good eye for detail. His workers are very good and very professional. He was able to match the laminate and find it, even though it had been discontinued. I wouldn't hesitate to contact John for my next reno job.

After the contractor I hired flooded my floor and ruined the gable panels on the peninsula in my kitchen and took off, I started looking for another contractor to come in and repair/finish the outstanding work. After contacting many contractors, John was able to come in and finish the job. He came and did an estimate and his guys were professional and quick with a great eye for detail. I'm calling them back to give me an estimate on my floor and backsplash.

After a really bad experience with a previous HVAC repair company, we contacted Cosmopolitan. Even though it was the middle of summer, and they were extremely busy, they came on time. (Previous companies cancelled 2 or 3 times at the last minute). He did a very thorough analysis and diagnosis. The problem was found and explained (a defective sensor). Our A/C has been working since then with no problems.

We hired this company based on the fact that they had excellent reviews at this site, but we would advise people to think twice before calling them. We had a problem with our ac unit not working and it took close to 3 weeks before someone returned our call to make an appointment. It took another week to get an appointment, and longer still to get one that was confirmed and kept. Some other problems: 1. The tech Angel seemed very nice and he fixed the wiring on our AC. it was too tight, a problem left by the builder. The ac worked for 2 weeks after Angel fixed it, and we had another storm and it stopped working again. therefore we didn't get a permanent fix. if angel knew that this wasn't going to be a permanent fix, then he should have told us. 2. we called and booked another appt and were told that if the ac was breaking because of an incomplete fix from the company, it would not be charged. they confirmed and broke 2 appointments. then angel called and tried to trouble shoot the ac problem over the fone offering multiple reasons our ac could not be working. obviously we are aware of this but since fixing the wiring fixed the problem...its easy to put 2 and 2 together. if the tech thought the wiring was a possible problem but wasn't sure, he should have let us know that first appointment, and then charged for whatever number of appts to diagnose and fix. he didn't. and then to call your customer and try to advise them on the phone...thats ridiculous. i am going to call another company to try my luck.

We've had multiple problems with this builder since the day we moved in. Its been almost a year and we're still having problems with the place. Here is a list of things things that weren't done properly: -Tub slopes outward, so water drains onto the floor -They installed shower doors to stop the leaking, but put them in backwards -stand-up shower leaked -uncooperative when it came time to address these issues (eg. "its supposed to be that way") -booster fan for dryer shorting out -air conditioner improperly installed -extremely poor finishing (paint on banisters, dead phone jacks, etc) -poorly installed washroom fan -leaking windows when it rains -drywall taping coming off The only things that were fixed to our satisfaction was the stand-up shower and booster fan. Everything else was "out of warranty". They also mentioned that there were lots of "upgrades". I mentioned that I would've been happy with less upgrades and proper installation. They complained that it wasn't their fault, but the trades that they contracted to. I don't see how that's my problem.
