I had a dryer delivered and for some reason brand new out of box It didn't work. Had the company call Elite for the repairs and they scheduled a time that worked for me and my busy schedule. Carl was the technician that came out to fix it. He was quick, let me know what was wrong with it, Gave me some pointers on the outlets and was very kind.
