The first approach (door to door) was not my favourite thing but within a few minutes of him introducing himself and saying what he does, Amins friendliness and professional demeanour made me want to listen instead of trying to get rid of the person. He gave me an estimate after walking around the house, it was very reasonable so I agreed to go ahead. He showed up on time on the day of the work to be done (cleaning the outside of all my windows, I live in a bungalow, including the frames). He did not insist on being paid cash like many people who go door to door do. We highly recommend his services, the windows are sparkling. We will definite his company again.

This was the 3rd time I used this company in 17 years. This time it was for a 10 year old home which we bought without a home inspection so we were a bit worried about what Phil and Randy would find. As usual, they were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The report is detailed and easy to understand. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars in the "satisfaction" rating is because the report is online only. I would much prefer a hard copy, the way it was the first time I used this company. Overall though, I would not hesitate to recommend them and to use them again. The depth of their knowledge is invaluable and whatever answer they are unable to answer, they will direct you to the type of service that is required to repair or correct the issue with your home.

This is the second time in 16 years that I use Acker Home Inspection for a home inspection. I was as satisfied this second time as I was the first time. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They do an excellent job of explaining everything they finds. I highly recommend their services.
